Chemiluminescence Diagnosis
Luminescence rapid diagnosis is a new type of immunoassay technology based on the combination of chemiluminescence and immunoassay. It combines the two major characteristics of high sensitivity of chemiluminescence and high selectivity of immunoassay. The antigen or antibody is directly labeled with a chemiluminescence agent, and the light is emitted by the action of the luminescence reagent. The chemical reaction is simple, fast, and no catalyst is required; the detection is small. The molecular antigen adopts the competition method, and the macromolecule antigen adopts the sandwich method, which has less non-specific binding and low background; the combination with the macromolecule will not reduce the amount of light generated, thereby increasing the sensitivity.
